About the baker

Hello! Welcome to my little corner of the sourdough world! My name is Lisa, owner of AYK (All You Knead). AYK is operated completely & solely by 'lil ole me. 
I discovered sourdough after giving a gift to my son (2019), who expressed an interest in learning to bake bread.  I decided to order two of everything and learn with him and compare notes over FaceTime.
And so here we are, a self-taught artisan bread baker who fell head over heels in love with the process.    
AYK products are made with high quality & locally milled flours with lots of care and love!
The mysteries of sourdough mimics life.  Good days & bad days full of surprises, obstacles, elation, frustration, failure, success and opportunity for 
growth!
